This is what Mat Smith has to say about it:

"Acererak. Eclavdra. Iggwilv. Rary. Strahd. Warduke. Vecna. Manshoon. Artemis. Bargle. Dragotha. Kitiara. These names and others like them have great meaning to fans of the Dungeons & Dragons game. They are the iconic villains who have helped to shape the worlds in which we play. In many ways, they are just as integral to the D&D experience as the player characters themselves. Can you imagine what Caramon would have been without Raistlin? Would Drizzt have been nearly as compelling without Artemis Entreri as his foil? Could there have been a Strongheart without a Warduke?"

I'm really looking forward to this, not only because of the great names of villains mentioned above, but because the book will contain help for the DM wishing to really role-play villains. Too often the BBEG (big bad evil guy) is just a seemingly soulless obstacle for the PCs to hack'n'slash through. Villains should be played out just as much - no more than any other NPC.

Oh, while at it, check out how to increase your website profit.

Supplement Teaser - Corporation: The Roleplaying Game

"...every cool corporate-dominated, secret agent filled SF novel, film and game; bits of everything from 2000AD to The Matrix, stuck together with Japanese narrative glue." - SFX Magazine

You can download a teaser of an upcoming supplement, Machines of War, from their website. It looks like an interesting game about a time without nations - a time where corporations rule the world.

Though this isn't the type of game I usually play, the teaser caught my eye. Egyptian, Greek, Norse and Mesopotamian pantheons all contribute to the lore, superstitions and cosmology that make fantasy roleplaying so popular. For the first time in print, these pantheons are presented for the d20 system in a completely Open Game Content format for the 3.5 revised edition rules. Learn about the gods themselves, their avatars, the divine artifacts they possess, and their interactions with other deities.

Lore of the Gods by DragonWing Games/Bastion Press breaks down the Egyptian, Greek, Norse and Mesopotamian mythologies into gaming terms that will enhance your campaign and provide new elements to incorporate into your world. Familiar deities, monsters and heroes grace the interior of this tome. In addition, new artifacts, prestige classes, domains, spells, templates, skills, feats and forbidden lore await discovery. The power of Zeus, the wisdom of Odin, the knowledge of Thoth, and the evil malice of Lilith all reside inside these pages. Do you dare unlock the secrets of the gods?

Lore of the Gods is fully bookmarked and comes with a hypermarked Table of Contents. At 321 pages in length, this book will fill the needs of many players and GMs alike who are looking to add more mythology to their game.
